Booking & Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The payment is processed by PayPal and can be refunded according to the policy. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before departure, we will email you a payment link.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: full refund

• Cancellation less than 30 days before departure or no-show: no refund

• If the organizer must cancel the trip due to force majeure—such as severe weather or safety concerns: A full refund will be provided, or You may choose to transfer your booking to a future trip.
